Meeting Role Scripts

Toastmaster of the Evening
The Toastmaster of the Evening (TMOE) leads the meeting, introduces speakers, and ensures a smooth, engaging program.

Inspiration
The Inspiration Speaker delivers a brief, uplifting message to motivate and energize members at the meeting's start.

Grammarian/Wordmaster 
The Grammarian/Wordmaster introduces the Word of the Day, encourages its use, and listens for effective language, and grammar mistakes, providing constructive feedback to help members improve their communication skills.

Ah-Counter 
The Ah-Counter listens for filler words and sounds (like "ah," "um," "so") and provides feedback to help members improve speech clarity and fluency.

Timer 
The Timer tracks each speaker's time, signaling them with color cues to help manage speech duration and ensure meetings run smoothly and on schedule.

Table Topics Master 
The Table Topics Master leads the impromptu speaking session by presenting creative questions or topics, encouraging participants to think quickly and speak confidently on the spot.

General Evaluator
The General Evaluator oversees the entire meeting, evaluates its flow and quality, and provides feedback on prepared speeches, evaluations, and meeting roles to foster overall improvement.
